05/08/2008 12:00 AM It’s almost impossible to comprehend how goofed up we once were about time. We take calendars pretty much for granted. It certainly wasn’t like that for a long, long time.
05/08/2008 12:00 AM When I write a letter to the editor I want the other side of the story to be told. School Districts have over spent for years only to be rescued by increased funding from the State of Minnesota, local levies and referendums.
05/08/2008 12:00 AM I spent a day at the Mall of America last weekend. I was there when it opened and I was there when it closed. It is a world apart from this small town and my small piece of the country landscape.
05/08/2008 12:00 AM At one time I used to try to get my children to laugh. I tried tickling, playing peek-a-boo, talking silly, giving piggy back rides, reading books in funny voices, singing kid songs, and playing games with them, just to name a few.
